Returns
Return Policy
- Deadline: 14 days from receipt of goods.

- Drop off the package at a DHL location.
Returns from outside Germany
Unfortunately, you have to bear the full costs. Purchase return label online via DHL and send the package.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
