We generally ship with our shipping partner DHL, utilizing both DHL GoGreen and Warenpost options for deliveries. We prioritize carbon neutral shipping methods with DHL GoGreen and also use Warenpost for smaller, eco-friendly shipments.
What are your shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method used. Typically, orders within Germany arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders may take longer.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to select countries. Please refer to our shipping policy for a list of countries we currently ship to.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination of your order and the chosen shipping method. Costs may vary for different regions.
What are your shipping costs within Germany, Europe, and internationally?
Within Germany, shipping is currently free.
For Europe (EU), shipping costs are 7.95 EUR, and for non-EU European countries, it is 9.95 EUR.
We also deliver to North America (USA & Canada) for 9.95 EUR.
International shipping costs are 14.95 EUR.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free shipping within Germany for all orders.
For orders within Europe and internationally (excluding North America), shipping is free for orders over 200 EUR.
For North America (USA & Canada), we offer free shipping for orders over 100 EUR.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
How are items with different delivery times handled?
Items with different delivery times will be shipped together in one package, based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached for a full refund.

Are return shipments free?
Returns within Germany are free of charge. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
